White Sonora: A Soft White Winter Wheat

Milled in a proprietary Unifine high-velocity impact milling system, producing a super-fine, highly nutritious, 100% whole grain, single-source pastry flour. Unlike traditional whole wheat flour, this super-fine grind creates loftier baked goods with greater volume than would be expected from a traditional whole wheat flour.

Use for: muffins, cookies, pancakes, brownies, tortillas, biscuits, pies, and more. Using as a 20-30% replacement in a bread recipe adds a great burst of flavor.
