Turkey Red Heritage White Wheat Flour



This flour, milled from organic heritage Turkey Red heritage wheat berries, is a fine, dazzlingly white all purpose flour. The color comes from the natural white color of the endosperm, not from bleaching or bromating. Because it is a heritage wheat, it contains gluten but a type that many people with gluten intolerance find to be more digestible. It works exceptionally well for everything – bread, pastries, cookies, cakes, pie crust, pasta, pizza crust – a truly all purpose flour. More digestible for many people with gluten intolerance.
