Combination Mill and Oat Flaker

The Duett does it all. It mills fresh flour and freshly rolled oats - even at the same time. There are two separate motors working independently of each other and adjusted to each particular task. This machine can do all you ask of it; roll fresh oats for breakfast or baking, fresh flour for bread and pastries, and it will even roll poppy seeds. It is very quiet. Beautifully crafted, this machine will last a lifetime. The mill stone is corundum/ceramic, and the flaker has stainless steel rollers. Bowl is included.

Winter markets coming

One more week until our first winter market at Local D'Lish. We hope to see you on Jan. 21 from 10-2 for the first one. They are held the third Sat of each month until Mill City Farmers Market reopens in May. If you've never been to one they are great fun.
