Gluten-Intolerant? Want to eat pasta in a Twin Cities restaurant?

We are so happy to announce that The Gray House is making pasta from Sunrise Flour Mill Turkey Red Heritage Flour!!  It is located at 610 West Lake Street, Minneapolis. If you go there for it, let owner/chef, Ian Gray, know.  He uses many other local products as well and publishes a list on his chalk board.  He has an amazing local beer list too.
